A hassle-free arrival
- Check-in — From 4:00 pm
- Self check-in with an access code. If you prefer in-person check-in, please request it in advance — available between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
- Check-out — Until 11:00 am
- A simple, flexible departure, so you can enjoy the morning in Viseu.

- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms — there is a designated smoking area.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties are not allowed.
- CCTV in common areas, first aid kit, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers throughout the property.
