Frequently asked questions about your stay

We are in a historic area with restricted access. The nearest car park is a [X]-minute walk away, at [car park name], at an approximate cost of [X€ per day]. You can stop at the door to unload luggage. We send detailed directions with your booking confirmation.

On the day of arrival you receive a personal access code by email and SMS. You can enter from 4:00 pm and at any time during the night, without depending on anyone. If you would prefer to be welcomed by us, just let us know: we do in-person check-in between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm, upon prior request.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs.

[Honest answer about the lift.] If you have reduced mobility or heavy luggage, let us know when booking so we can assign you the most accessible suite.

The Irish Lodge, Whiskey and Vodka suites have a private kitchenette with an induction hob, sink, pot, frying pan, crockery and cutlery. All the others have access to the fully equipped shared kitchen.

[We don't serve breakfast, but the shared kitchen is at your disposal and there are several cafés less than five minutes' walk away.] In every suite we offer coffee capsules, tea, sugar and a welcome bottle of water.

The terrace is available to all guests. The barbecue can be used until [10:00 pm], leaving the space clean for whoever comes next.
