1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect
We only collect what is necessary to provide you with the service:
- Contact form — name, email and the content of the message you send us.
- Bookings — name, contact details, stay dates and payment data, collected by the booking engine.
- Legal accommodation obligations — identification document and civil identification data of guests, required by local accommodation law and reported to the competent authorities.
- Website browsing — technical and statistical data, described in the Cookie Policy.

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We only share it with those necessary for the service to work:
- The booking engine that processes bookings made on the site
- Booking platforms, when the booking comes through them
- Invoicing and accounting service providers
- Public authorities, when required by law
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards provided for in data protection legislation.
5. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of or objection to processing, and portability. When processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting what was done before.
Simply write to geral@celticlodge.pt. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
6. Security
We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data you entrust to us, including an encrypted connection on the site and restricted access to booking information.
